Our home is a lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upper floor duplex, with a more than comfortable living room, a spacious kitchen, air conditioning and Sky TV. It was constructed in 2005, looks directly over the communal pool and has a large roof terrace.

There are numerous European Blue Flag beaches within 10 minutes of our home.

They all have expansive sand and shallow waters, they are amongst the best Spain has to offer and ideally suited for children.

Our home is near to a number of premier golf courses on the Costa Blanca. It is ideally located in the golfing triangle of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas all of which are within 3 miles.
