The Accommodation, Casa Cerys Duplex Apartment

The living room has air conditioning- hot or cold and a ceiling fan.
There is comfortable seating incorporating a sofa / pull-out double bed as well as TV, DVD player, CD HiFi, please bring CDs/DVDs, and the full SKY TV package make it an ideal home-from-home.

A feature archway leads to the kitchen / dining room which has marble worktops atop real oak units and is fully equipped.
For your convenience equipment includes fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, hob and washing machine.
All other major electrical items are here including iron and ironing board, toaster, coffee percolator etc.
There is also a dining table for up to 6 people.

The master bedroom has a double bed with a chest of drawers on each side, and ample integrated double wardrobe space, where a safe is located.
The bedroom has a ceiling fan, hairdryer, stand-up fan and linen is provided.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds with a shared chest of drawers and also ample integrated wardrobe space.
The bedroom has a ceiling fan, stand-up fan and linen is provided.

The bathroom has a bath with integral shower, toilet, bidet and hand basin.
There are ample towels provided including dark ones for anyone with coloured hair.
Beach towels are not provided.

You will reach the roof terrace via the kitchen and, we are sure, spend many a relaxing hour here.
Full patio furniture is provided including large sun loungers.
There is an integral BBQ (charcoal) making it the perfect place for some ‘alfresco’ meals, enjoying the tranquility late into the evenings.

The communal pool which we directly overlook is strictly entrance by key for the Sol Golf residents. Sun shades are provided, but feel free to use our loungers or deck chairs which we have provided. The deck chairs can also be taken to the beach if you wish.
